ProVation Medical, Inc., based in Minneapolis, provides software solutions that streamline procedural documentation, while improving the accuracy of coding for accelerated revenue recovery. ProVation Medical is part of Wolters Kluwer Health's Clinical Tools unit, which provides embedded content tools to pharmacies, hospitals, insurers and healthcare vendors. Under the brand names of Medi-Span, Facts & Comparisons, and Clin-eguide, these tools provide information on drug interactions and dosing, formulary guidelines, and evidence-based treatment plan options at the point of care.

We are searching for a Project Manager, to join our team in Minneapolis.

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and completing all aspects of an implementation project, focusing primarily on client GI/Pulmonary specialties and simple to higher levels of complexity for client environments. The project manager will follow the Implementation processes they have been trained on, to complete implementation projects. This will be done on-site and remotely working with customers as they implement the ProVation MD and/or MultiCaregiver software.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Organizing and completing documentation for multiple implementation projects.

• Manage and ensure that the project scope aligns with the customer’s contract.

• Complete the project’s fiscal requirements and be able to track and monitor progress of their projects on a monthly and quarterly bases to deliver company results.

• Receive on-going support when customer concerns arise that the project manager need assistance with.

• Bring forth ideas and work with the Implementation Manager to improve implementation processes.

• Participate in cross company initiatives to ensure product and service offerings meet and exceed customer needs as assigned by the Implementation Manager.

• Proven problem solver/critical thinker who is able to solve problems and address concerns of customers during the implementation process

• Highly organized to be able to manage multiple and complex implementation customers

• Continuous learner which allow you to keep current on application changes and their impact on the implementation processes

• Knowledgeable and able to apply new skills to ensure efficiencies and drive results

• Build a track record for completing projects and ensuring project timelines are met

• Ensures products and services are delivered within project scope

• Completes all forecasting and billing accurately each month and quarter

• Work with Sales and customer advocates to ensure services align with customer needs

• Travel domestically to provide planning meeting services

• Complete all administrative requirements in a timely and accurate manner

• Provide input to enhance and improve project management processes

Qualifications: Education:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university or equivalent experience.

Experience:

Project Management experience in a healthcare related field or minimum 1 year in Project Manager position.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Travel requirements are extensive and are estimated at 25-50% nationwide and internationally.
