Prospect, qualify and generate new sales leads to support the Sales Organization
Identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research
Perform account research to develop prospect lists per product and per segment
Account consolidation and clean-up; including properly grouping entities into the proper affiliation grouping
Help to ensure full alignment of affiliations, entities and underlying customer records to the proper sales/service treatment
Collaborate with our Product, Marketing and Prospector team to develop the appropriate go-to-market strategies related to the prospect/opportunity hand-off procedure and cycles
Manage the salesforce.com and new account reconciliation processes
Work with Sales Operations and other cross-functional teams to develop the proper reports, insights, analysis and process to help ensure CT meets their financial, employee and customer goals
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the CT product lines and systems
Identify needs and develop processes to support improvement initiatives; providing Sales, Technical, Systems and Operational expertise to projects
Track, analyze and report on metrics, coordinate training and development, represent Sales in cross-functional activities, and represent Wolters Kluwer within the industry
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university and/or at least three years of sales or military experience; preferably with legal or compliance customer service experience and/or solutions based sales experience
Entry Level candidates need to have relevant work experience through part time positions and/or leadership positions such college athlete, student government, clubs, and internships through college
Experience with any type of cold calling, outbound calling and/or phone work highly preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience in or commitment to managing the effective use of a CRM such as Salesforce.com to drive results
Ability to analyze data and identify ways to improve processes and integrate information from multiple sources
