Wolters Kluwer Clinical Effectiveness is seeking a Procurement Manager to develop metrics and negotiate contracts.
Develops, implements and maintains procurement policies, procedures and control systems in order to support WK's indirect procurement needs
Provide input and feedback to P2P leadership regarding formulation and direction of strategies, policies and procedures
Identify, develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity
Negotiate contracts: Terms, Conditions, Pricing
Manage RFQ/RFP processes
Manage key spend categories including IT, Marketing and Market Data, software licenses, hardware/telecom, and professional service agreements
Manage IT contracts including service level agreements, SOWs, consulting agreements, and software license agreements
- BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, other relevant field or equivalent experience
Minimum 6 years' experience of progressively increasing responsibilities in procurement
Demonstrated success in a leadership position
Demonstrated project management experience
Strong vendor relationship management
