The Enablon North America (NA) Product Director will help drive Enablon's future roadmap and manage Enablon's NA Product Management and Product Ownership team. This position works directly with the VP of Product to help drive and execute product objectives and priorities with NA Product Manager and Product Owner teams. The role performs Product Management functions in addition to the management of teams that work across squads and product initiatives. We are looking for a leader that is both experienced in enterprise software and agile or lean principles.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Define a compelling and innovative global product roadmap through customer interactions, industry expertise and collaboration across cross functional teams
Manage a portfolio of the company's largest revenue generating product offerings
Build and train a team of product professionals to be high performing and agile or lean
Spend time with customers at events, workshops and site-visits to better understand their challenges and use of Enablon products to incorporate into Enablon's platform strategy and product roadmaps
Provide thought leadership (trends, blogs, EHS knowledge, White Papers, Industry events, etc.) and event support (SPF) for products both internally and externally
Partner with sales, marketing and delivery teams to communicate roadmap priorities and obtain industry feedback and validation
Work closely with clients, sales prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, build use cases, answer questions regarding responses to RFPs and help manage external and internal expectations
Communicate progress against roadmap to executive management and cross-functional teams
Help teams manage product backlogs and prioritization on an ongoing basis
Maintain and grow our culture of passion for products and innovation in the industry
Oversees and directs product development activities for Environmental, Sustainability, Health and Safety Inspection and Compliance applications by understanding market dynamics, including customer needs and behaviors.
Coordinates with Sales Management to identify and develop offerings that will achieve new and emerging revenue channels.
Oversees and executes P&L for Environmental, Sustainability, Health and Safety Inspection and Compliance applications
Oversees direct reports to ensure customer focus, user experience and agile product processes are being followed
Develops optimal organizational structure to deliver Environmental, Sustainability, Health and Safety Inspection and Compliance products
Manages team member performance by regularly monitoring key performance indicators, team member activity and work product
Represents Enablon by developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of products, industry trends and being a product advocate.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology or a related field.
10-12 years in product development or management
Experience with agile or lean software development methodologies, product ownership and product management
Experience in managing enterprise software used by Fortune 2000 companies
8-10 years' in agile coaching and consulting
Experience communicating complex and new technology business benefits with executives and clients
Experience presenting at industry conferences and corporate events
Excellent written and oral communications; ability to communicate very complex technical information to audiences
Strong leadership, interpersonal and management skills.
Strong business analysis skills.

Agile and Lean methodologies
Ability to absorb and analyze new technologies, practices and standards.
Ability to effectively manage a large number of ongoing projects.
