Responsibilities:

  • Process filings and document orders with state government agencies

  • Work closely with internal and external customers to provide excellent service and immediate responses to inquiries

  • Learn product line, internal systems and processes, as well as jurisdictional rules and regulations to effectively serve clients

  • Field incoming questions or issues regarding products and services the organization provides

  • Review and fulfill incoming requests

  • Participate in department-wide process improvement programs and process best practices

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of administrative, processing and/or production experience with the ability to gather and analyze customer needs

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, along with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently with a minimum amount of oversight while still being an integral part of a team

  • Strong attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and execution of deadlines

  • Ability to work overtime as needed and travel up to 5%
