Implement strategic decisions for data architecture, data security, accessibility, integrations and algorithm design and how they will service the business and its products now and in the future within and outside of the business
Contribute to the AI/Machine Learning vision for our products maximizing efficiency and effectiveness for our customers with best in class analytics
Comprehend business goals and processes to functionally collaborate across business lines via effective requirements gathering for successful implementations of products and processes
Participate and collaborate in the business unit data and intelligence driven strategy when it comes to analytics and AI/Machine Learning in delivering solutions
Work with Software Development, Products and Quality Control teams in the process of designing, building, testing and documenting highly scalable data management systems and analytical intelligence based products
Streamline, automate, and document the analytical intelligence based product and its development process
Identify, evaluate and develop AI/Machine Learning algorithms, developmental processes and new applications to support immediate and long term product development objectives
Suggest and build consistent methodologies to improve processes and efficiencies in software product development life cycles
Understand the competitive landscape of our products and seek to incorporate AI/Machine Learning mathematics into repeatable and marketable products and processes in an ever-growing matrix of business opportunities
Focus on identifying actionable insights and opportunities to better the operation by improving the workplace, better serving customers, and/or creating greater shareholder value and bringing those insights to the appropriate leaders for action
A minimum of five years of combined industry experience in data management, data warehousing, ETL, and/or SQL coding
At least five years of experience in SSIS, Pentaho or equivalent, as well as a minimum of five years of SQL querying/coding, performance tuning and relational database design
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Familiarity with visualization tools and exposure to Apache Spark and Data Lakes is a plus
Ability to work and collaborate with subject matter experts and customers
Ability to quickly learn new technologies
Strong collaboration and communication skills
