Responsibilities:

  • Support Wolters Kluwer Lien Solutions (WKLS) billing operations and manage the end-to-end billing process to help ensure that customers are billed correctly

  • Maintain and develop applications for the billing system and develop and run financial reports

  • Run billing operations and manage the end-to-end process of daily, weekly and month-end billings

  • Analyze, develop and maintain solutions to the billing eco-system, including SQL scripts, stored procedures and .NET applications

  • Support invoicing team in strategic project planning

  • Participate in invoicing team's backlog grooming and create functional and technical documentation

  • Create SQL scripts to generate financial reports from Oracle and SQL Server databases and support financial analysis and reporting

  • Provide after-hour support as needed

  • A minimum of three years of billing solutions analyst or related experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • In-depth understanding of relational databases and proficient in writing SQL

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel

  • Experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server

  • Experience with SQL tools such as TOAD, PLSQL Developer, SQL Plus

  • Basic programming experience using Microsoft .NET technology

  • Experience of financial analysis and reporting

  • Creative problem solver, collaborator, and effective communicator

  • Experience of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred
