DUTIES:

  • Develop vertical solutions, customize, and configure Microsoft dynamics AX version 2012 or above with a focus on quality, on-time delivery, and ease of implementation and maintenance perspectives.

  • Design, develop, and implement SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Integration Services, and SQL Server Analysis Server Business Intelligence suites solutions in order to plan, build, test, and deploy reports, dataflow, and data store for enterprise solutions.

  • Support the offshore scrum team to meet or exceed contract agreement, project budget, schedule, and scope by encouraging team collaboration, innovation, and project ownership.

  • Serve as the technical go-to person for the project and as project technical coordinator/liaison with outsourced vendors, QA, and business users; contribute to the development of the applications; provide guidance to other team members.

  • Provide evaluation and implementation solutions for the integration of applications across business unit software solutions and in-process improvement initiatives.

  • Customize role and access permissions to fit the audit requirements and client contractual obligations.

  • Drive the software configuration and release management processes for the project; review and provide input into the development of CTLS software architecture framework; provide consistent and coordinated communication using project management guidelines and tools.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in applied computer science, computer applications, management information systems, computer information systems, or related, and 5 years of relevant work experience.

  • ALTERNATE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in applied computer science, computer applications, management information systems, computer information systems, or related, and 7 years of relevant work experience.

  • In addition, the following skills are required: (1) Utilizing Microsoft Dynamics AX version 2012 or above to customize and rewrite applications and develop vertical solutions to fit the business needs; (2) Driving and managing technical projects with PMP guidelines and Agile Scrum practices using project management tools and methodologies; (3) Performing multi-language programming on X++, C#, Java, and Python in an ERP applications development environment; (4) Creating, managing, and deploying reports with SQL Server Reporting Services as well as integrating reports with ERP using SSRS extension and Microsoft SQL Server Business Intelligence suites; (5) Integrating external data with ERP and deploying it in the MorphX environment utilizing integration and analysis services of SQL Server; and (6) Performing application-to-application integrations utilizing Microsoft Dynamics AX Application Integration framework (AIF).
