Maintain courseware and instruction helping to ensure it represents the current released product
Help ensure a full understanding of planned releases and impacts to training product and training instruction
Coordinate courseware changes and impacts with colleagues and design refresher training on products assigned
Develop course content for assigned audiences and segments, as well as client specific training plans based on agreed overall scope of project
Deliver training and certification efforts for internal, partner and client resources
Help ensure proper tracking of training attendance and evaluation results per session
Develop training documentation and content for customized solutions for clients, instructor documentation for standard and customized client solutions, and role-based and/or scenario based documentation and quick reference materials
Develop eLearning content and maintain it within the Learning Management System
Maintain training learning management infrastructure, training scheduling, coordination, logistics, billing, and planning
Collaborate with sales, business analysts, project managers, engineering, developers and customers to understand new software releases and changes that may need to be applied to existing programs, as well as validate the effectiveness of our programs
A minimum of five years of experience in developing and facilitating software training programs, instructional design, client services management and project management, and developing courseware
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Experience designing/developing complex software documentation and delivering virtual and in person training courses
Strong consulting capability, professionalism, executive presence and credibility
Familiarity with current learning and performance improvement industry standards, approaches, and innovations
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience using tools such as Presenter, Captivate, Audition, Flash, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Lectora, Articulate, Camtasia, and/or Demobuilder preferred
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 75%
