Responsibilities:

  • Retain existing accounts and drive profitable new sales growth in assigned geographic territory of corporate and/or banking clients via telephonic sales

  • Sell all client offerings including, iLien, iLienRED, MVP and other lien and life-of-loan services to the corporate and/or financial markets

  • Learn and stay informed on the comprehensive product line while following a comprehensive sales process

  • Update and manage sales process while updating and managing sales pipeline information for an assigned list of accounts

  • Manage time and resources effectively

  • Represent Wolters Kluwer within the industry and territory

  • Contribute to sales planning and forecasting activities

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of sales experience with demonstrated success in account management and new sales acquisition; preferably with UCC, public records searching and life-of-loan services and workflow analysis experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Experience selling to multiple levels within Fortune 500 companies, banks and financial institutions and making presentations via telephone to prospective and existing clients

  • Consistent achievement of sales quotas

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to problem solve

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with non-traditional work hours,

  • Ability to travel up to 10%
