Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with the BizFilings customer base

  • Learn the complex and comprehensive BizFilings products and services and related jurisdiction regulations; placing, reviewing and fulfilling incoming orders

  • Assist with customer inquiries, service of process handling, logging and forwarding important state or legal mailings/notifications to customers

  • Log and mail out registered agent communications, service of process handling, scrub data file annual report, review orders for accuracy, order placement, outbound and inbound phone support and respond to customer email inquiries

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of customer service or related experience with at least one year working with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and Outlook

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred

  • Ability to type 40 wpm

  • Detail oriented with the ability to integrate information from multiple sources quickly and accurately

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to gather and analyze data

  • Strong team player with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
