You work closely with the Lead Developer to design solutions in the disciplines of SQL, SSRS, data warehouse, and administration for out EntityCompli platform. Responsible for designing data management applications on the Microsoft platform, maintaining quality and delivering projects on time. Proven track record designing and developing software products, adhoc reports, data manipulation on the Windows platform. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes the feel of a startup while having the support of a large firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the people and processes associated with our access database program (CRM) and EntityCompli platform * Interface with cross-functional teams, customers, third parties, and the industry as a whole to develop and promote the platform

  • Contribute to the evaluation and development of EntityCompli strategy and CRM strategy as a whole

  • Develop and maintain an expert level knowledge of both products including features, benefits, intended use, value proposition and competitive position

  • Drive the rapid development of new content and features

  • Provide support and technical oversight for the QA processes Provide level 2 support to users and customers

  • Participate in cross-organizational project planning

Qualifications:

Minimum Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent professional software development experience * A minimum of three years of SQL Development experience (/SQL/ TSQL/SSIS/SSRS/ Excel) -- Queries, performance tuning, optimization

Preferred Experience:

  • Experienced in database normalization, data quality checking, and referential integrity reinforcement * Expertise in developing and maintaining tables, views, stored procedures, user-defined functions, joins and unions using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (T-SQL)

  • Report writing experience (Access and Excel, or other)

  • Experience with data integration, report development, and analysis services using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio

  • Ability to work independently and as a team player in fast paced dynamic software development/support environment

  • Strong analytical skills for problem solving
