Work with customers and with various stakeholders across the organization including Operations, Marketing, Product Management, Sales and IT/Development, etc. to better understand their business goals and daily activities to support those goals and how capabilities can be improved to meet their goals
Develop and implement assigned projects from original concept through final implementation, creating detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resources plans and status reports
Develop best practices, project standards, procedures, and quality objectives including metrics for assessing progress
Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables to ensure services and/or products as agreed
Determine staffing requirements and form project teams to ensure coverage for all essential tasks
Provide direction and leadership on complex projects, including scheduling, assignment of work and review of project efforts and provide coaching to less experienced project managers
Monitor and audit project milestones, gather metrics, and develop and implement changes as necessary to ensure that the project remains within specified scope and is within time, cost, and quality objectives
Conduct formal review with business sponsor(s) at project completion to track and confirm acceptance and satisfaction
Manage project budget to meet expectations and conduct project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization analyses
Assist with executing the change agenda by leading cross-functional resources to define business problems, evaluate potential options, develop business cases and ultimately implement effective solutions
A minimum of 5 years of experience in program/project management, change management, operational excellence or equivalent roles
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues and/or assignments with time sensitive deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; experience with data tools such as Tableau preferred
PMP and/or Six Sigma certification preferred
Ability to travel up to 50%
