Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high performing team of analysts, administrators and developers leveraging the Salesforce technology and platform to help clients transform their sales, service and marketing capabilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement new applications, technology currency as part of APM/TPP decisions and provide ongoing maintenance for those systems supporting various business units

  • Lead and manage the portfolio of work for various business units

  • Work across the organizations including teams responsible for requirements, project and program management, solution architecture, quality assurance, infrastructure and production support

  • Develop, maintain and continuously improve the metrics, SLAs of the environments in which our systems have been deployed

  • Understand and solve business and technology challenges related to the implementation of CRM technologies, delivering Enterprise Social platforms, designing and developing platform based applications that meet client business needs

  • Leverage acumen to understand underlying client business problems, while developing and delivering Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that addresses the identified issues

  • Drive strategic change into client organization and lead continuous improvement planning deliverables

  • Help ensure solutions are being delivered are per standards of availability, scalability and security point of view and that are done on time with highest quality, standards and guidelines are created for each aspect of systems requirements, deliver artifacts are reviewed and SLAs are being met for services

  • Provide support and maintenance for the services being offered to the business and the environments in which they are offered

  • Work with hardware, software and services vendors

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of ten years of broad information technology experience working in enterprise architecture, systems requirements, project/program management, systems design/delivery, quality assurance and infrastructure

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred

  • Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, Developer and/or Sales/Service Consultant preferred

  • Experience in using combination of toolsets such as JIRA, SVN/TFS, and/or Rational UML to deliver systems

  • Experience mentoring, training, coaching, performance feedback, and regular evaluation of a team

  • Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills and experience with excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Minimum of five years of experience creating Salesforce.com technical designs, involving configuration setup and coding in APEX along with strong knowledge of Salesforce.com functional and technical best practices and methodologies

  • At least four years of experience in SQL and performance tuning of the same for systems utilizing RDBMS

  • Experience implementing system applications, software configurations, and XML or other related coding in the following CRM technological product suites including Salesforce.com, Marketo, Eloqua or other SaaS and On-Premise ERP

  • Demonstrated experience in working with batch interfaces, schedulers with dependencies

  • Experience in managing, supporting hardware and software upgrades, patches and deployments
