This is a remote position and does not require daily in office attendance. Expected travel is up to 25% per year for client meetings and/or meetings at a Wolters Kluwer location.

As an Implementation Consultant you would be implementing/integrating our Compliance Program Management product which is part of our OneSumX product:
As an Implementation Consultant you will assist clients in meeting compliance program management goals with the implementation of our Compliance Program Management (CPM) product designed to automate their overall Compliance Program.
Work closely with client business, technical and project teams to deliver software systems and professional services at client engagements in the financial services industry
Understand the client business environments, elicit requirements, provide consulting and solution advice to clients on implementation strategy based on industry knowledge and best practices. Serve as the main point of contact.
Understand a wide range of risk management concepts, including regulatory change management, workflow, risk assessments and testing functions
Work with internal partners to support all aspects of implementations including Sales, Product, Content Management groups and Technical Support as needed
Contribute to the analysis, design, development, testing and maintenance of client engagement deliverables
Coordinate, develop and participate in the execution of integration and acceptance test plans during the customer engagements Work throughout the services engagement to meet customer expectations, overcome objections, meet competitive challenge and communicate industry best practices
Assist/Train our client's to use our products and services to meet their obligations.
Participate in the management of the scope, budget and resources involved in the professional services engagements
Identify work items and participate in the development of Statement of Work for client engagements
Education: * Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or relevant career experience * At least 5 years of experience in banking, insurance or securities, compliance, operations or regulatory compliance consulting
Strong working knowledge of a broad set of risk and compliance management concepts and best practices in the financial services sector
Ability to explain risk and compliance management requirements in an easy to understand manner
Ability to lead requirements gathering and implementation consulting engagements with institution project teams
Understanding of software development using multiple life-cycle methods, as well as working knowledge of project management methodology and best practices
Manage multiple clients/simultaneously Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook XML/SQL/Data Mapping is a plus
Strong analytical, trouble shooting and team-based problem solving skills
Ability to travel up to 40% of the time (on average 1-2 weeks out of most months)
