  • Manage the global learning offerings for Wolters Kluwer's Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Support the Global Talent Development program coordination activities both inside and outside of the system

  • Play an integral part in evolving and refining our training practices, standards, and procedures, and positively impacting the skills and careers of all employees

  • Provide LMS administration for all global leadership development programs which include creating learning items or scheduled offerings, monitoring registration and completions, evaluations, and ad-hoc reporting for tracking and metrics

  • Facilitate the process of authoring, publishing, and deploying learning content in the LMS preferred tools including Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline 360

  • Provide ongoing maintenance of global learning content such as performance management curriculum, leadership development program offerings, human resources training, and other ad-hoc training requests

  • Gather requirements, propose and perform training assignments to large groups with complex requirements needs and to individual employees

  • Provide monthly enterprise learning stats for performance management curriculum, optional utilization, and leadership development program offerings and translate for internal consumption


  • A minimum of three years of relevant LMS administration experience; preferably with SuccessFactors LMS experience

  • Bachelor's degree in from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Experience with SuccessFactors LMS strongly preferred

  • Experience managing a global training program implementation including planning, configuration, scheduling, logistics, evaluation, and/or tracking preferred

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, SharePoint, Excel and Outlook

  • Excellent organization and project management skills

  • Ability to handle difficult situations and effectively resolve escalated issues

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical/functional issues in a clear, concise, and effective manner, and to understand context and tone appropriate for a global audience

  • Ability to travel up to 10%
