Responsibilities Include:

  • Partner with marketing colleagues on the planning, execution and optimization of digital media campaigns

  • Support lead management process across LR portfolio; including ensuring all leads information, criteria, and categorization is applied in SalesForce and Eloqua for sales follow up

  • Update digital event and social media calendars and proactively coordinate approvals to meet deadlines

  • Answer internal and external questions about webinars and other digital events

  • Support email production per branding guidelines, including asset creation (writing creative briefs and routing feedback for approval), creating segments in ESP/CRM systems, building (Coding) HTML emails, QA/testing (Litmus), scheduling, and post deployment reporting

  • Develop landing pages and forms for email, website, and telemarketing campaigns integrated with our CRM

  • Maintain a social editorial content calendar and manage daily social postings with creative content

  • Support the curation, creation and publication of all ecommerce content including images, descriptions, pricing, and other on-page assets.

  • Define content standards for e-store, and verify and test content to ensure the best user experience and adherence to brand guidelines and standards.

  • Independently write compelling and effective copy while adhering to messaging guidelines and best practices.

  • Design a variety of marketing assets from ideation to production including ads, landing pages, emails, sell-sheets, social media images, PowerPoint presentations, and website graphics.

  • Manage reporting and metrics on digital media & email, social media, and ecommerce activities in addition to other required ad hoc reporting / analysis.

 

Education: Bachelor's Degree in a creative field preferred (Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design)

Experience:

  • Some experience in house marketing or at an agency, internship experience ok

  • Proven track record of executing projects from start to finish to meet projected goals

 

Required / Preferred Skills:

  • Proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript

  • Some experience using Social Media platforms

  • Some experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign

  • Experience using Marketing Automation and CRM software preferred

  • Eloqua and Salesforce experience preferred
