  • Learn and maintain knowledge of internal systems and processes

  • Coordinate and administer training to all Salesforce.com (SFDC) sales users within CT Corporation by creating and tailoring training materials to support training needs

  • Facilitate the procurement and analysis of data derived from SFDC by assisting users in sales, marketing, service and support with report and dashboard design and management

  • Partner with the business and division level CRM teams

  • Participate in data analysis and reporting as needed

  • Represent Wolters Kluwer within the industry by developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Wolters Kluwer products, industry trends and general business and financial acumen through various sources and initiatives


  • A minimum of four years of experience using Salesforce.com including working knowledge, concepts, practices and procedures; preferably within the legal industry

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience; SFDC certified administrator

  • Project management experience with strong analytical and communication skills

  • Experience working directly with sales executives and managers

  • Experience creating reports and dashboards in SFDC, as well as Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • JDE/E1 experience including writing SQL and Tableau desktop report building an publishing experience preferred

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Access, Sales Optimizer, Qvidian, CPQ and Eloqua software, as well as familiarity with Visual Force, Apex, HTML and XML coding preferred
