Responsibilities:

  • Transform the Wolters Kluwer (WK) web site ecosystem to improve discoverability and relevance for our target customers and markets

  • Work closely with corporate branding, divisional marketing leads, tech/business services units and external vendors to create central web capabilities to be leveraged across the company

  • Facilitate creation of standard web-based customer experiences

  • Participate in planning for web site migration and transformation projects including CMS implementation, consolidation of web sites, website management and marketing processes

  • Measure against key KPIs and benchmarks to drive continual improvement

  • Beyond the websites, provide expertise on related digital marketing efforts from the center by optimizing marketing automation stacks, data integration, marketing spend management, etc.

  • Create realistic/detailed project plans, execute on priorities to drive change and improvement

  • Keep diverse teams across multiple efforts on track and escalate issues as necessary

  • Effectively communicate progress against objectives to internal teams and senior management

  • Support the adoption of best practices, technology and processes for this effort

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years in marketing transformation projects, specifically with web site development and related digital initiatives in a diverse environment including geographies, B2B and B2C, multiple channels

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

  • Experience as a digital marketing project manager across a variety of digital channels

  • Familiarity with web content management systems, structure, set-up, and governance best practices

  • Familiarity with digital marketing and sales platforms such as AEM/Sitecore), Eloqua, Marketo, SFDC Marketing Cloud & Lead Generation, CRM platforms (SFDC) and Data Analytics (Adobe, Google), and/or Ecommerce

  • Ability to focus on data-driven decisions that build maximum business value

  • Excellent organization, communications and time management skills

  • Results oriented, practical, hands-on approach to getting the work done

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%
