Transform the Wolters Kluwer (WK) web site ecosystem to improve discoverability and relevance for our target customers and markets
Work closely with corporate branding, divisional marketing leads, tech/business services units and external vendors to create central web capabilities to be leveraged across the company
Facilitate creation of standard web-based customer experiences
Participate in planning for web site migration and transformation projects including CMS implementation, consolidation of web sites, website management and marketing processes
Measure against key KPIs and benchmarks to drive continual improvement
Beyond the websites, provide expertise on related digital marketing efforts from the center by optimizing marketing automation stacks, data integration, marketing spend management, etc.
Create realistic/detailed project plans, execute on priorities to drive change and improvement
Keep diverse teams across multiple efforts on track and escalate issues as necessary
Effectively communicate progress against objectives to internal teams and senior management
Support the adoption of best practices, technology and processes for this effort
A minimum of five years in marketing transformation projects, specifically with web site development and related digital initiatives in a diverse environment including geographies, B2B and B2C, multiple channels
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Experience as a digital marketing project manager across a variety of digital channels
Familiarity with web content management systems, structure, set-up, and governance best practices
Familiarity with digital marketing and sales platforms such as AEM/Sitecore), Eloqua, Marketo, SFDC Marketing Cloud & Lead Generation, CRM platforms (SFDC) and Data Analytics (Adobe, Google), and/or Ecommerce
Ability to focus on data-driven decisions that build maximum business value
Excellent organization, communications and time management skills
Results oriented, practical, hands-on approach to getting the work done
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%
