  • Oversee and coordinate the delivery of engagements to our clients and provide oversight to both internal and partner led project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, and profitable delivery of engagements that result in exceeding our client's expectations,

  • Apply expert subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving most complex business/technical issues within established policies, and help ensure that services engagements are appropriately scoped and represented in presentations and Statement of Work (SOW)

  • Act as an influential advisor to clients capable of driving significant pull-through revenue after the initial sale, manage the activities of individual contributors that report to you, have accountability with P&L attainment of the services organization with significant impact on business unit results and organizational strategy, and will act as a key advisor to senior management on the development of overall policies and long-term goals of the organization

  • Lead the end-to-end design of a proposed solution, including the preparation of customer presentations, configurations, budgetary proposals, and detailed Statement of Work documents

  • Manage delivery to project plans, including resources, schedules, milestones and budgets

  • Understand contractual obligations outlined in the SOW to help ensure effective and timely scope management and staffing

  • Lead rigorous process of inspection of portfolio of engagements to accurately track project status, quality, issues and task estimates to completion

  • Assemble and manage multiple engagement teams in conjunction with services practice leads

  • Conduct post-implementation assessments to document implementation success criteria and best practices and facilitate incorporation into implementation methodology

  • Manage your direct team, including accountability for team effectiveness, people development and achieving utilization targets


A minimum of ten years of related consulting and/or technical delivery services experience; preferably within a corporate legal, insurance claims or related financial solutions environment

  • At least six years of experience in a leadership or senior position, as well as P&L management experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

  • Experience with Agile implementation and/or development processes and working with relational databases preferred

  • Experience in leading projects and/or implementations related to configurable products with simple to complex integrations with other applications used by clients preferred

  • Demonstrated understanding and proven track record designing client specific business solutions for end user applications

  • Solid understanding of project management and consulting services methodologies

  • Strong organizational goals, multi-tasking and time management skills along with demonstrated leadership attributes such as critical and strategic thinking, understanding and executing organizational goals, fostering positive attitude in the team and coaching project resources to delivery

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook

  • Ability to travel up to 50% at any given time
