Responsible for assisting with research, participation on contract preparation and administration and general management of the full sales cycle of new and renewal complex custom contracts, including entry into SalesForce (SFDC). This position will participate in the development and fulfillment of all contract requirements. They will work under general direction, participate in determining objectives of assignments, plan and schedule their own activities in accomplishing objectives and their work will be reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy.

  • Participates in the development and fulfillment of custom contracts by:

  • Proactively meeting with the Key Account Team to discuss strategy and requirements for upcoming negotiations

  • Pulling and organizing account inventory prior to Key Account custom contract negotiations for presentation to the customer in pre-determined format

  • Providing updated inventory/pricing as needed, during negotiations

  • Receiving agreed upon inventory list including, Keeps, Adds & Cancellations, & copy of signed contract for submission to order entry

  • Holding a post negotiation meeting with Key Account Team to review final content and revenue allocations

  • Preparing and submitting order through SFDC to order entry, for processing

  • Acts as a liaison between order entry, Key Account Manager and Customer during order entry phase to insure accuracy of ordered content, pricing and revenue allocations

  • Conduct post-order entry audit to ensure proper products, pricing and revenue allocations flow through SAP back to SFDC

  • Audit monthly commission reports for accuracy of data

  • Maintain the contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects

  • Monitor and identify areas of non-compliance by company employees with established procedures

  • Work with WK Legal Dept / Outside Counsel to coordinate contracts, BAAs, NDAs, RFQs and Joint Marketing Agreements where appropriate

  • Work with Finance to ensure adherence to broader finance and risk requirements such as revenue recognition, pricing and discounting policies, export controls, etc.

  • Ensure that signed contracts are communicated/ reported to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility, awareness and interpretation to support implementation

  • Monitor transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing, payment etc.)

  • Performs other duties as assigned



Minimum: High School diploma and at least 2 years related experience

Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, OR equivalent


Minimum Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience, OR equivalent


  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Previous experience in a team selling environment

  • Previous experience in sales enablement or contract support a plus

  • Order Entry in SFDC a plus


  • Microsoft Office 2016 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with an emphasis in Excel

  • SalesForce.com

  • Aptus CPQ and/or X-Author a plus

  • Windows 10

  • Web Browsers -- Google Chrome, Firefox & Internet Explorer 10

  • Tools and process enabling remote connection to internal systems
