Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of analysts, technical development team and production support analysts supporting delivery for initiatives covering web, back office, data warehouse, integration, reporting, business intelligence and analytics platforms

  • Lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver on system design and development, implement new applications, technology currency as part of APM/TPP, and ongoing maintenance for systems supporting various business units

  • Lead and manage the portfolio of work for various business units while working across the Global Business Services (GBS) organizations; including teams responsible for requirements, project and program management, solution architecture, quality assurance, infrastructure and production support

  • Develop, maintain and continuously improve the metrics, SLAs of the environments in which our systems have been deployed

  • Develop and maintain the various environments including development, test, production, and business continuity, as well as develop and implement mentoring, training, coaching, performance feedback, regular evaluation for associates of the requirements team members

  • Lead and manage continuous improvement planning deliverables while helping to ensure solutions are being delivered are per standards of availability, scalability and security point of view and that are done on time with highest quality

  • Help ensure that standards and guidelines are created for all aspects of systems requirements, delivery artifacts are reviewed and are according to the standards and guidelines and SLAs are being met for services

  • Provide support and maintenance for the services being offered to the business and the environments in which they are offered

  • Work with hardware, software and services vendors

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, methodologies, processes and best practices

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of ten years of progressive and broad technical experience working in enterprise architecture, systems requirements, project and program management, systems design and delivery, quality assurance, and infrastructure

  • At least five years of SQL development background including performance and tuning skill-sets

  • Demonstrated management, leadership and interpersonal skills with experience mentoring, training, coaching, performance feedback, and regular evaluation

  • Demonstrated experience in using a combination of toolsets including JIRA, SVN/TFS, Rational UML, etc to deliver systems

  • Experience supporting systems utilizing a combination of the following technologies including ERP Systems (SAP, JD Edwards), WebLogic, WebSphere, Java/J2EE (Spring, Spring Batch, JUnit, Code Coverage, Profiling) and/or .Net (C#, ASP.Net, NUnit, Code Coverage, Profiling), Databases (Oracle, SQL Server) technologies.

  • Experience in managing, supporting hardware and software upgrades, patches and deployments.

  • Experience in working with various geographically diverse associates and vendor partners, budget management, tracking and forecasting, and on-time/on-budget system delivery

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management and planning skill with an understanding of project life cycle methodology and procedures

  • Ability to conduct an analysis of business needs, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas, conferring with business line leaders, documenting and making verbal and written presentations
