  • Develop and grow the Pre-Sales department so that it aligns and supports the WKFS Enterprise and Banking unit's strategies

  • Institutionalize the company's values, work to continuously improve owned and shared processes and develop resources needed to meet the short and long term business objectives

  • Lead a team of associates whose primary role is to articulate value propositions, demonstrate product features and assist with the sales/solutions process

  • Manage to department budget and revenue goals

  • Participate in customer retention and acquisition strategies

  • Meet customer commitments on-time and on-budget

  • Identify and eliminate Single-Point-of-Failure for people, process or technology

  • Deliver services by leveraging a reliable and repeatable methodology

  • Create a seamless transition process for our customers and business partners

  • A minimum of ten years of sales, consulting or related industry experience

  • Experience leading a team; preferably pre-sales consultants, pre-sales administration and/or proposal management

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

  • Experience with sales and marketing process flow

  • General understanding of finance and compliance processes

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
