Develop and grow the Pre-Sales department so that it aligns and supports the WKFS Enterprise and Banking unit's strategies
Institutionalize the company's values, work to continuously improve owned and shared processes and develop resources needed to meet the short and long term business objectives
Lead a team of associates whose primary role is to articulate value propositions, demonstrate product features and assist with the sales/solutions process
Manage to department budget and revenue goals
Participate in customer retention and acquisition strategies
Meet customer commitments on-time and on-budget
Identify and eliminate Single-Point-of-Failure for people, process or technology
Deliver services by leveraging a reliable and repeatable methodology
Create a seamless transition process for our customers and business partners
A minimum of ten years of sales, consulting or related industry experience
Experience leading a team; preferably pre-sales consultants, pre-sales administration and/or proposal management
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Experience with sales and marketing process flow
General understanding of finance and compliance processes
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
