Provide proactive and sales support focused around customer due diligence requests to the sales organization
Interact with other departments to research, compile, organize, prepare final responses and manage content
Manage multiple "response" projects at times that could be both pre-sales or post-sales requests for due diligence information
Provide overall project management for incoming response requests by reviewing and analyzing requests to determine the appropriate response action plan
Help ensure progress of timelines is being met, customer deadlines are met and the overall responses meets the customers' requirements
Maintain repository of customer contractual requirements to help ensure due diligence responses align with the contracts
Provide content to a proposal language application tool by submitting responses provided, changes to responses while managing a request or through proactive content gathering
Coordinate and support customer due diligence visits to a Wolters Kluwer (WK) facility for audits, assessments and general due diligence events
Maintain an archive library of responses provided to customers for repurposing and tracking
Develop and maintains thorough knowledge of products, services, and WK response procedures by engaging in formal training on products and services
A minimum of three years of operational risk, risk oversight and/or vendor management experience with at least one year of experience managing multiple projects including reporting, process implementation and coordination
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Access, Visio, Project, PowerPoint and Outlook; experience with proposal applications such as Qvidian preferred
Familiarity with CRM software such as SAP and/or Salesforce.com
Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to work effectively with any level of individual
Ability to travel up to 10%
