Sales Intelligence Manager - 18-20425 This role can also be based in our Minneapolis office.

Develop and maintain management reporting across Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) and provide pipeline forecasting process and program dashboard reporting, as well as enablement tools across the division
Provide C-Level reporting to GRC executives and develop/cascade report structure to each level within GRC
Centralize report creation and best-in-class measurement and reporting across GRC sales team and reprioritizes/repurposes ad-hoc requests to help ensure output drives increased revenue
Drive the holistic gathering and distilling of KPIs from multiple data sources and various internal systems such as Salesforce.com, SAP, Sales Optimizer, E1, and Tableau and prepare the ongoing pipe of sales data
Create dashboards and self-service tools to provide visibility and standards by which ad-hoc requests are based
Coordinate and help ensure the constant updating of key metrics from business unit sales leaders and design the "pulse of the business"
Analyze and make recommendations for improved data quality and reporting system automation
Participate in special projects that work closely with internal and external stakeholders to help drive profitability and revenue growth.
Help identify specific targets within market sub-segments and prioritize targeted opportunities for sellers
A minimum of seven years of reporting and analytics experience working with large quantities of raw and disorganized data with at least three years of experience leading/managing a team
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university equivalent work experience; Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BI Platforms such as Tableau or Power BI with the ability to perform complex functions within Excel in order to manipulate and calculate data for analysis
Knowledge of Salesforce.com and SQL a plus; database/reporting certifications also highly desired
CRM tools and BI tool proficiency with the ability to create and distribute dashboards
Understanding of statistical methodologies including linear regression, logistic regression, etc. and expertise in at least one analytical software package such as Excel, SAS, and/or related
Expertise in project management with strong organization, time management, presentation and multi-tasking skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
