Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain sales growth for CT's Compliance services, with a strong focus on the entity management software application, hCue

  • Help ensure clients are implemented, coordinating with multiple groups internally and externally, and then focusing on client adoption, through training and support

  • Manage retention and renewal of a set amount of accounts, with incentive to upsell on existing services/solutions and cross-selling of additional CT products

  • Learn and stay informed on the complex and comprehensive CT product suite

  • Manage time and resources effectively

  • Provide leadership and direction to the organization in relation to sales opportunities surrounding evolving standards in corporate business compliance matters

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of customer service and/or sales support experience with at least three years of sales or software training and supporting sales or sales account management experience; preferably within the legal industry

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Experience identifying and selling additional services into a defined set of clients

  • Experience making in-person presentations providing training to new clients, at all levels, to explain/train on the business' products, services and processes and their alignment with the client's needs

  • Experience formulating high-level and tactical strategies in the sales process, as well as experience coordinating multiple sales strategy projects

  • Some experience troubleshooting and solving technical issues such as connectivity, hardware, and software

  • Ability to translate contacts gained through extensive networking into legitimate business opportunities

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Experience with record keeping and order entry systems such as One World, Arrow and Voyager, as well as web-based applications such as PlaceWare, WebEx and Salesforce.com preferred
