We are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Analyst to provide IBM Notes administration and development expertise as well as providing strong technical skills to support software quality assurance of our software products.

As a top candidate, you will...

  • Provide IBM Notes administration

  • Maintain and enhance existing application within IBM Notes

  • Design, automate, and execute high quality reusable test cases and scripts.

  • Execute automated unit, system, performance, and load test suites.

  • Maintain existing automated test frameworks

  • Leverage test case management and defect tracking solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will be to...

  • Maintain and administrate applications and processes within IBM Notes

  • Diagnose and resolve issues within the IBM Notes databases

  • Design and automate key testing scripts for customer applications using Microsoft C#/ Visual Studio.

  • Design, automate and execute high quality reusable manual test cases and scripts.

  • Execute automated unit, system, performance, and load test suites. Diagnose and resolve complex issues.

  • Effectively leverage test case management and defect tracking solutions.

What you will do...

  • Create and modify custom applications or workflows within IMB Notes as needed

  • Provide general administration and problem solving for the IBM Notes applications and users

  • Execute automated unit, system, performance, and load test harnesses and modules.

  • Leverage continuous build and automated test frameworks.

  • Generate innovative approaches and solutions to recurring problems

  • Design, build, and execute high quality reusable manual test cases and scripts

  • Demonstrate aptitude for analytical problem-solving

  • Works towards solving complex problems independently

  • Manage test results and defects in defect tracking management system.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues with internal or external customers

  • Provide input for designs, functional specifications, and project requirements

  • Implement designs and provides feedback on the development process

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field) or 2 years experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

IBM Notes application development and/or administration

QA testing for desktop applications.

Working knowledge of C# and/or object-oriented programming

Experience writing both program level and web based automated tests

Experience using Coded-UI

Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio

Experience using Selenium

Experience using Microsoft Test Manager

Experience working with off-shore teams.
